We are looking for a Sales Manager Food Service to grow our market share and expand our customer portfolio in Austria. Responsibilities
* Manage and grow strategic accounts in the food service segment
* Identify and acquire new customers with a true hunter mentality
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for customers
* Conduct market and competitor analyses to adjust strategy
* Negotiate contracts and secure framework agreements
* Represent NovaTaste at trade fairs, industry events, and customer workshops
* Participate in regular team meetings in Austria and Salzburg
Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field
* 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in food service or gastronomy
* Strong affinity for food and interest in culinary trends
* Proven track record in new business development and account management
* Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
* Data‑driven approach to decision‑making
* Independent, structured working style with high willingness to travel within Austria
* Excellent German and English skills
* Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
