The deputy hotel manager knows the work at reception and the processes in reservations like the back of her hand. As a deputy for the hotel management, you will also take on management tasks and administrative activities. Not only will you entertain our guests with a mischievous grin and a wink, but as Quality Manager you will also be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire hotel.
In other words, the tasks are:
Guiding the reception team and assisting in all FO matters including processing reservations
Looking after and advising guests
Supporting and representing the hotel management in operational and administrative areas, including staff supervision and rostering for all employees and external companies in the hotel
Ensuring quality standards throughout the hotel
Responsible for housekeeping
