What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of crew members and supervisors to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
* Managing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, stock control, cash handling, and compliance.
* Driving sales performance and labour efficiency against set KPIs and budgets.
* Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times.
* Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints with professionalism and care.
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
* Reporting on operational performance and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager role within a QSR or high‑volume hospitality environment.
* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
* Sound understanding of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
* Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
