Training Communication & Engagement Manager (m / f / d)

What You Will Do
Drive engaging communication across our global retail training community "Silhouette Academy
Manage newsfeeds, community interactions and content calendars
Execute postings and monitor engagement metrics
Coordinate local rewards programmes and training challenges
Align planning with international subsidiaries and the International Retail Training Manager
Oversee video content production with external partners from storyline to editing
Promote our Academy with impactful tools and communication assets
Continuously improve processes and support global training initiatives
What You Bring
A degree in Business, Communications, E‑Learning, Marketing or a comparable field
3‑5 years of professional experience, ideally in communication or a related field
Excellent communication skills and strong command of English, German and Spanish
Solid Excel and reporting skills
A proactive mindset, creativity and the ability to engage diverse audiences
