KYC Project Manager (f/m/x)
We are seeking a KYC Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project and process setup for KYC onboarding and review, with a specific focus on small-scale legal entities within RBI.
This role involves establishing new processes, collaborating with IT and Compliance to support automation and achieve a high level of straight-through processing for onboarding and KYC reviews. The goal is to seamlessly translate regulatory requirements into compliant process steps, covering the entire end-to-end process from business initiation to product usage and data archiving/documentation.

Your mission at RBI
1. Independently lead projects related to setting up and improving KYC onboarding and review processes.
2. Transform regulatory requirements into policies & process steps to improve customer experience.
3. Lead the implementation of regulatory-driven requirements for the CIB Customer Coverage Board area.
4. Identify regulatory changes (including legal obligations like the supply chain law) and coordinate implementation with Group Compliance, IT, and business units.
5. Ensure compliance of CIB Customer Coverage with all regulatory requirements.
6. Challenge KYC requirements to enhance customer experience where legal interpretation allows.
7. Implement reporting schemes addressing resource management and portfolio quality for KYC.
8. Coordinate the First Line of Defense for regulatory requests.
9. Represent RBI Group at conferences and international meetings upon request.
Your core competencies
1. 5+ years of compliance-related experience, including in small-scale business segments.
2. Expertise in AML, FiSa, Fatca/CRS, MiFID regulations.
3. At least 3 years in project management or as a Product Owner.
4. Solution-oriented, proactive, and hands-on mentality.
5. Critical thinking, curiosity, and proactive personality.
6. Interest in process innovation and technological developments.
7. Leadership experience is a plus.
8. Proficiency in English and German; CEE/CIS languages are a plus.
