Your responsibilities
1. Responsible for the implementation, continuous development and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including the integration and administration of add-ons.
2. Evaluation and analysis of technical requirements as well as implementation of new solutions to optimise HR processes.
3. Managing and monitoring collaboration with external service providers to ensure the quality and adherence to deadlines of the services delivered.
4. Ensuring smooth operation by providing 2nd and 3rd level support within the department's area of responsibility.
5. Technical implementation and continuous optimisation of business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness as well as creation and customisation of data structures to support business requirements and ensure data integrity.
Your qualifications
6. Degree in IT, Human Ressources or comparable qualification as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the HR / IT environment.
7. Extensive technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially in the area of master data and permissions.
8. Expertise in additional HR related applications and add-ons eg. Concur.
9. High degree of initiative, with strong ability to work independently, a high willingness to learn, solution-oriented thinking, accuracy, and strong team spirit.
10. Business fluent in English. German will be considered as an advantage.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
