Your role at Dynatrace
Our OneAgent is a core part of the Dynatrace Platform that collects all relevant metrics (including hardware, operating system, and application processes) across the customers' application-delivery chain.
Your job as an Agent developer is to implement new features and improvements to monitor critical customer applications and platforms.

What will help you succeed
Your responsibilities:
* Developing primarily in C++
* Engineering of performance and availability monitoring solutions including design, development, test and complete ownership
* Analyzing and gaining an understanding of the inner workings of common frameworks through debugging, interrogation and similar
* Actively participate in our agile development process
* Work with a small development team with years of experience
* Close cooperation with local and international engineering teams
* Share knowledge and regularly mentor team members
Your responsibilities: (continuation)
What will help you succeed:
* Seven years of experience in C++ and Java
* Strong UNIX/Linux background
* Socket programming experience
* Java and UNIX shell scripting experience
* TLS/SSL (OpenSSL) programming experience
* Experience working with tools like GDB, Valgrind, Docker or Podman, etc.
* Experience or familiarity with zOS
* Enjoy developing high performant algorithms and working with latest technologies
* Team player and eager to learn innovative technologies
* Exhibit motivation in asking questions and confidence in discussing ideas
