The Core Platform is divided into six areas called “Capabilities,” each with key components like Grail, AppEngine and Unified Ingest. We are seeking a visionary Expert GenAI Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for our next-generation GenAI and LLM-powered products. This role focuses on translating cutting-edge AI research into scalable, production-grade solutions that deliver value to enterprise customers and developers. You will work cross-functionally to shape product direction, drive adoption, and ensure our AI-driven offerings remain ahead.
Responsibilities
* Drive new innovative core product capabilities with hyperscale and high-performance in mind as domain lead for Data Intelligence
* Collaborate with a cross-functional team responsible for GenAI-powered solutions, Root Cause Analysis, Anomaly Detection and Davis Copilot
* Lead go-to-market strategy, pricing and positioning for GenAI offerings
* Define the capability product roadmap with your capability leadership team and product managers, balancing near-term and long-term strategy with investments in product/maintenance and innovation
* Ensure priorities and workstreams are aligned with the core platform and beyond
* Establish capability communication channels and transparent decision-making paths for a growing organization
* Act as main contact for other capabilities and leadership teams
* Collaborate with the core platform leadership team on staffing, resource planning and achieving company goals
* Gather feedback from key stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for additional customer and business value
* Be a company-wide expert who shares knowledge with the organization and customers
* Stay ahead of industry trends in GenAI, LLMs and agentic systems to inform product strategy
* Mentor and grow a diverse, interdisciplinary team of product and AI professionals
What will help you succeed
* 7+ years of technical product management experience in AI, ML or related field in a B2B environment with a track record of setting and executing product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
* Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers and other business stakeholders
* Leadership experience as a domain lead or people manager
* Ability to present to executives, customers and non-R&D teams and tailor messages to different audiences
* Ability to motivate technical people such as developers, architects and product managers
* Entrepreneurial mindset to translate business goals into product impact
* Ability to think big while breaking down work into components and building high-level roadmaps
* Strong ownership, accountability, communication skills, and bias for action
* Willingness to travel

Relocation and compensation
For this position we offer exclusive relocation support to our R&D Headquarters in Linz, a city recognized for sustainability and quality of life. Compensation data: we offer attractive packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits.
Due to legal reasons, we disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €100,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. Higher salaries are offered in line with qualifications and experience.
