We are now seeking an experienced Director of Operations – Food & Beverage to lead our F&B ecosystem and elevate it to its full potential.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role for an industry leader, not a first-time Director. You will be responsible for the overall performance, innovation, and strategic direction of Food & Beverage across the hotel, working closely with an experienced, passionate team of chefs and operators.
You will be commercial and creative, operational, and strategic — equally comfortable on the floor, in the numbers, and in the ideation of what’s next.
What You’ll Do
* Lead all Food & Beverage operations with excellence, consistency, and heart
* Drive activations, programming, and innovation that keep our venues relevant, talked about, and loved
* Partner with chefs, beverage leaders, and operators to push culinary and service boundaries
* Balance strong commercial outcomes with guest experience and brand integrity
* Develop and inspire high-performing teams who love what they do
* Collaborate closely with the executive leadership and guidance team to shape long-term strategy
Who You Are
* A proven, senior hospitality leader with deep experience across Food, Beverage, Bars, Restaurants, and Events
* Commercially astute, creatively minded, and operationally disciplined
* Someone who loves great coffee, great wine, great food — and great people (we have the BEST TEAM)
* An inspiring leader who brings clarity, energy, and confidence to teams
* Experience stepping outside traditional F&B environments (projects, consulting, lifestyle brands, large-scale activations, or multi-venue operations) will be highly regarded
* Respected in the industry — an operator others want to work with and learn from
