Join our team and provide direct strategic, operational and conceptual support to the Global Media Services Management Team. You will create high impact executive presentations that turn complex topics into clear, compelling narratives through strong storytelling and design. In addition, you deliver media market insights, analyse industry trends, support strategic project management, and ensure alignment, consistency, and effective decision-making at executive level.

1. In this role, you are responsible for the conceptual development, design, and delivery of executive-level presentations. You create high-quality materials for executive and leadership meetings, board-level formats, as well as strategic partners and external stakeholders, including political and institutional audiences. You translate complex strategic, operational, and financial topics into clear and compelling narratives by defining storylines, structure, key messages, headlines, and visual logic. You design presentations to the highest standards in storytelling, graphic excellence, visual consistency, clarity, and strategic focus. In addition, you develop and continuously enhance executive presentation templates, layouts, and visual systems, and act as a quality gate for all executive-level presentation materials.
2. You analyse and synthesise developments across the DACH media markets as well as international media and platform ecosystems, translating complexity into clear strategic insights. This includes preparing high-quality overviews, trend analyses, and positioning narratives that make market dynamics actionable for leadership.
Building on this, you support strategic framing and messaging for both internal and external stakeholders, particularly in the context of digital transformation. You also develop comparative perspectives and assess implications for Red Bull’s media activities, enabling informed and forward-looking decision-making.
3. This role drives the preparation, alignment, and follow-up of key strategic meetings and initiatives, ensuring clarity and momentum throughout. This includes structuring topics, defining goals, and sharpening decision points for leadership discussions, while coordinating inputs across Global Media Services, Servus Media, and other relevant units. At the same time, you ensure strategic and visual consistency across presentations, meetings, and executive communications to enable focused and effective leadership engagement.
4. You act as a trusted sparring partner to the Global Head of Customer Success Management and to the Global Head of Media, providing strategic guidance and thought partnership on key topics. This includes preparing concise briefs, summaries, and decision-oriented materials that enable effective leadership discussions. You proactively anticipate upcoming topics, stakeholder needs, and communication requirements, while supporting regular strategic 1:1s and executive alignment meetings to ensure focus, clarity, and continuity.
5. 7+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting, media, corporate development, executive communications, or similar senior environments, with proven exposure to C-level stakeholders and high-trust decision-making contexts
6. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), both at a high professional level, enabling confident communication with senior stakeholders in international and DACH contexts
7. Advanced expertise in executive presentation design and storytelling, with the ability to create C-level and board-ready materials that translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives
8. Strong visual and data design capabilities, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and the ability to turn complex data into clear and impactful visualisations
9. Solid understanding of the DACH media landscape as well as international media, technology trends, platforms, and ecosystem dynamics
10. Proven experience working closely with senior leadership, combining strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a high level of discretion and professionalism
