Key Responsibilities
Ensure vehicles within the region are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations and Amazon Standards by performing audits and collating regional feedback through partnership with Fleet Compliance and Product teams. Execute existing fleet initiatives and new product launches and support delivery partners by building mechanisms to help manage their fleet. Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, to solve complex operational needs. Manage escalations and influence stakeholders. Manage vehicle operational readiness and cosmetic standards across the region, collecting and analyzing data from different fleet management sources to secure customer experience. Based in a delivery station within Austria; travel 30-40% across the assigned region; occasional travel across Europe. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Experience influencing, interacting and building partnership with cross-functional teams. Ability to handle and prioritize a high volume of engagements. Excellent communication skills and high bar for accuracy and detail. Advanced proficiency in German and English. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced or master’s degree or MBA. Relevant Fleet Management or Operations experience, or equivalent background in mobility services. Minimum salary EUR 6025 gross per month; sign-on payments and restricted stock unit (RSU) award as well as employee discount. About Amazon Logistics
