Your mission
You support software implementation projects from concept to successful delivery – analyzing business processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and translating customer needs into technical solutions together with your team.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the Project Manager in project planning, control, and organization
* Act as a technical link between customers, Project Management, and Development
* Take ownership of requirements engineering by analyzing current processes and designing reusable future-state concepts and process descriptions
* Define specifications for gaps, prepare user stories and Jira tickets, and prioritize them together with the Development team
* Configure and adapt our software to meet customer-specific requirements
* Manage testing activities – from preparation and execution to documentation and handover
Your skills and qualification
* Completed education in IT or a related field, including knowledge of databases and object-oriented programming (e.g. JAVA)
* Relevant professional experience in IT, software development, or a similar technical role preferred
* Solid understanding of software architectures, integrations, and data structures
* Proactive, structured and hands‑on working style with technical affinity
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* German is a plus

Compensation
We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 44.450,- gross per year (full‑time: 38,5h/week). We offer ahigher salaryin line with your qualifications and experience.
