For our dynamic HR organization in EMEA, to be based in our offices in Gunskirchen, are looking for a
TOTAL REWARDS ADVISOR
This role plays a pivotal role in driving a cohesive employee experience, partnering with local and International HR Teams to ensure global alignment for all compensations and rewards, while adapting the strategies to the specific local context of the Rotax organization.
As TR Advisor, part of the Global TR Team, you will support the broader global rewards agenda, involved in the design, implementation and administration of a comprehensive rewards program.
Your new adventure
Among the others, the chosen candidate will have the following responsibilities:
1. Planning, coordination and support for the operational implementation of collective and individual wage increases as well as the classification and
2. standardization of job profiles
3. Design, implement and coordinate employee benefits such as bonus payments, health programs, pension plans, insurance, etc.
4. Identification of best practices and benchmarks in terms of compensation models and employee benefits to ensure sustainable employee retention
5. Self-responsible management of global mobility programs such as postings abroad according to global guidelines
6. Contact person for external service providers and authorities and interface to the international Total Rewards & Mobility Team.
Your experiences and skills
7. Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration with focus on HR Management
8. At least 5 years of experience in Total Rewards within multinational companies. A strong knowledge of the Austrian total rewards landscape is a must to have to successfully cover the role
9. Habit to work in a matrix organization, with a good degree of autonomy, reporting to a direct manager based abroad
10. Strong analytical and communication skills. Organizational strength, empathy, and service orientation
11. Fluent in both English and German, verbally and written

The minimum salary for this position is EUR .32 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
