As a growing business with annual turnover exceeding $15 million, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established Victorian portfolio of strata and property maintenance clients.
About the Role
You will inherit an established Victorian portfolio generating approximately $2.5M+ annual revenue, while leveraging CAB Plumbing's national delivery capability to support clients across Australia. This is not a cold-calling sales role. The portfolio, client relationships and recurring maintenance programs already exist. Your focus will be on strengthening client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an established portfolio of strata and property maintenance clients
* Build strong relationships with strata managers, owners corporation managers, property managers and key stakeholders
* Conduct regular client meetings, portfolio reviews and business reviews
* Manage preventative maintenance programs and service contracts
* Review service delivery performance and client KPIs
* Follow quotations through to approval and completion
* Work closely with operations, scheduling and field teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded
* Support contract renewals, annual reviews and pricing discussions
* Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention and long-term partnership growth
About You
You are an experienced relationship manager who understands maintenance service delivery and enjoys building long-term client partnerships.
Experience in one or more of the following industries will be highly regarded:
