We are currently seeking a Global Learning Center Administrator who will be responsible for supporting our Cornerstone and Absorb Learning Management Systems (LMS).
This position is part of the Global Training Team located in Vienna, Austria and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Manage and support Cornerstone and Absorb Learning Management Systems by creating curriculums, maintaining certifications, and deploying reports.
* Serve as the Vienna Training Center point-of-contact to ensure a professional learning environment.
* Manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Validate, analyze, and respond to administrative support requests.
* Assist with paperwork required for trainees to attain VISAs.
The essential requirements for the job include:
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
* Fluent in English and German.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organization, project management, and documentation skills.
* Proven experience in a system administrator role in Cornerstone or other learning management system.
We are looking for candidates with excellent thinking skills and sound judgment working in an independent environment
Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements:
* Ability to travel – up to 10%.
* Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb.
The salary range for this role is €60,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
