* Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to develop a comprehensive global employer branding strategy
* Implement a global employer branding strategy, including developing and executing campaigns using digital media, events, and AI collaboration with partners
* Builts and maintains a strong employer brand that reflects our company's values and culture, providing content like role models and testimonials, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
* Support recruitment teams in developing and attracting top talent and promote employee engagement and retention through targeted branding initiatives
* Monitor and analyze employer branding effectiveness, adjust strategies based on results, and report progress to the VP People Development & Culture
Requirements:

* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
* Several years of experience in employer branding in a global role (at least EMEA) and in the development and implementation of branding strategies
* Creativity and innovation, along with impressive communication and presentation abilities
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
* International mindset and fluent in English
