Together, you will ensure that we achieve our ambitious financial goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support in leading the Finance Department and act as a strong partner to the Director of FinancePreparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly and annual financial statementsContribution to budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning – always keeping the big picture in mindEnsure compliance with internal standards, policies, and legal requirementsResponsibility for cost control, accounts payable/receivable management, and reportingClose collaboration with operational departments to drive profitability and efficiencyLead, motivate, and develop the Finance team
