You will serve as the main contact for residents, guests, and partners, and play a key role in delivering the Lumis experience.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee smooth, day-to-day operations of our student residence in GrazDeliver outstanding service and personal support to students, guests, and visitorsManage rental inquiries and occupancy through various channels, including social mediaEnsure high occupancy levels through proactive and efficient managementMonitor compliance with health, safety, and house regulationsCoordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providersLead, schedule, and support the on-site team, ensuring optimal use of staff resourcesManage budgets, control expenses, and process invoices accuratelyMaintain operational documentation and prepare reports for managementHandle administrative tasks, ensuring timely preparation and follow-upYour ProfileCompleted secondary education (e.g., Matura, HAK, HBLA) or vocational training in hospitality, property management, or a related fieldProfessional experience in student housing, property management, or hospitality; experience in Austria is an advantageStrong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skillsLeadership qualities with a hands-on, proactive mindsetExcellent German skills (min. C1) and good English (min.
