Working hours: Full-time

Our platform is the one stop shop for our clients to be compliant with key regulations like EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, REMIT, MAS, HKMA and many more. As we continue to grow through our Go-Global initiative and strategic partnerships, we are looking for talented individuals to join us in shaping the future of regulatory compliance and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and proactive individual who is eager to build a career in enterprise B2B SaaS Sales. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients while helping expand deltaconX’s presence across international markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, active outreach, and building new business relationships. You will work closely with our sales team and management while actively contributing to the growth of our international client base.



Your Responsibilities:

* Research target companies, markets, and key stakeholders to identify high-potential sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain prospect lists through LinkedIn, industry databases, events, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
* Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other communication channels.
* Qualify leads and identify business opportunities through structured discovery and initial conversations.
* Engage with organizations that have shown interest in deltaconX and support them throughout the early stages of the sales process.
* Schedule introductory meetings, discovery sessions, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
* Maintain high-quality CRM data and ensure accurate tracking of prospect and customer interactions.
* Support sales pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting activities.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Service Desk, and Management to understand client needs and market developments.
* Continuously improve outreach approaches, messaging, and prospecting strategies.
* Actively use modern AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, research quality, and outreach effectiveness.



Your Profile:


* Strong interest in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or client-facing commercial roles.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with professionals at different organizational levels.
* Fluent German and English skills (C1 level or higher).
* Fluency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
* Strong research and analytical capabilities.
* Highly organized working style with strong attention to detail.
* Self-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Open to adopting and working with modern AI-assisted tools as part of your daily workflow.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary of EUR 37.000,– according to the valid IT collective agreement with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience.
