At the Institute of Electrodynamics, Microwave and Circuit Engineering in the Research Unit of Microwave and THz Electronics TU Wien is offering a position as university assistant prae-doc (all genders) limited expected to 4 years for 30 hours/week. Expected start: immediately. The focus of the THz-Electronics group is the investigation of THz sources, detectors, and systems, with a special emphasis on the investigation of resonant-tunnelling diodes (RTDs) and THz sources based on them.
