Your role at RBI:
* Perform audits in the entire RBI Group with focus on bank steering and risk management topics, such as ICAAP, ILAAP, Asset Liability Management/Treasury, IRRBB/CSRBB, capital, operational risk, recovery and resolution
* Identify risks or inefficiencies through workflow analysis, sample reviews, and conducting interviews
* Sum up audit results in audit reports
* Perform follow-up activities on audit actions and supervisory findings
* Monitor continuously actual changes or new regulatory requirements and closely work with audit functions of the entire RBI Group
Your core competencies:
* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or comparable educational background
* Experience in risk management or bank steering topics or auditing these areas in a bank (as internal auditor, supervisor or external auditor)
* Strong analytical skills, ideally practical experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence, quantitative methods and programming languages (e.g. R, SQL)
* Open personality with strong communication skills
* Excellent language skills in English (spoken and written) and ideally also in German
* Willingness to travel in the CEE region
