As Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the global and local marketing communication concepts and campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services in the markets of your local hub. As a project manager or project member, you'll develop creative and communication concepts for local product launch campaigns, brand, image campaigns, and events to ensure that our messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with our company's goals and values. You will be further responsible for implementing and executing global concepts in your local markets, with content creation on and offline.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement global and local marketing communication concepts and campaigns in close collaboration with the Brand & Marketing Communication team
* Lead the creation of engaging content across digital, social media, print, and events to promote brand and product visibility
* Translate and activate global product and solution campaigns for regional markets, supporting lead generation and sales
* Support local sales, service teams, and dealer networks in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns
* Manage agency and third-party collaboration to ensure high-quality, customer-centric communication
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communication, with a proven track record in campaign development and execution
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with creative thinking and strategic mindset
* Solid project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Experience working with agencies and partners, with a deep understanding of customer needs and marketing channels

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
