Brief
To lead and coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives ensuring full compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations.
This role will oversee planning, execution, and governance of compliance-related projects across business units, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the cybersecurity compliance roadmap, including milestones and deliverables.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration between engineering, legal, product lines, operations and security teams.
Conduct cybersecurity‑regulation‑specific risk assessments and maintain compliance checklists.
Interpret cybersecurity regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Requirements
Project Management Expertise.
Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within cybersecurity or regulatory compliance domains.
Experience in IoT, automotive, or semiconductor industries is a strong plus.
