Lead Developer (f/m/d) - Enterprise Middleware & Core Provisioning

* Own and continuously improve selected applications while driving agile development
* Contribute to solution design, provide development feedback, and break down and estimate requirements
* Translate solution designs into clear work packages, create detailed designs where needed, and ensure effective execution
* Deliver software end-to-end by implementing features, coordinating testing, and managing smooth deployment
* Plan, prioritize, and assign development tasks while managing dependencies and integrating bug fixes in a DevOps workflow
* Maintain system documentation and ensure alignment with technical architecture and enterprise standards
* Guide and support external developers, ensuring high code quality and adherence to development and review standards
* Monitor industry trends and proactively drive continuous improvement within the team
Qualifications
* Do you have several years of professional experience in software development (e.g., Java), including API development and integration (REST/SOAP)?
* Are you highly experienced with cloud infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes and OpenShift, and do you have solid skills in software design and testing practices?
* Do you demonstrate strong analytical thinking, work in a structured and organized way, and collaborate effectively within a team?
* Are you driven by a growth mindset and motivated to continuously learn and adopt new technologies?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of €4.046,28 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
