The Product Marketing at PALFINGER is continuously growing to elevate our global market presence. To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a driven, structured, and collaborative Product Marketer to take the lead in shaping and driving global marketing activities for our Hookloader and Skiploader businesses.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that PALFINGER’s products, services, and solutions are distinctly positioned in the market and that their value is clearly conveyed to both our partners and end customers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement global product marketing strategies that strengthen market positioning and drive business growth
Coordinate go-to-market strategies together with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing, ensuring consistency across hubs and regions
Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that address customer needs and differentiate PALFINGER in the market
Lead global product launches, ensuring seamless handover to regional teams and supporting their local execution, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales & Service, and Marketing & Communications to deliver impactful marketing initiatives
Manage projects and monitor results, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Product Management in an industrial/B2B environment, as well as proven expertise in product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and messaging development
Strong project management skills and ability to work within a global marketing structure
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
