Expert, Accounting Direct Sales (f/m/x) We are shaping the sales processes of the future and are responsible for optimizing our international financial processes. We are building the future line organization for the financial handling of BMW Group’s new vehicle business. Our organization collaborates across Europe with all European sales companies.
Responsibilities
Monitor and validate transactions, identify incorrect postings, ensure compliance with international financial processes for direct sales.
Optimize and safeguard quality in accounting processes, including account reconciliations, dunning, and internal control systems.
Act as point of contact for specialist departments and divisions in all accounting matters.
Promote knowledge sharing within the team, handle escalations, serve as technical contact for auditors and audit reports.
Create, align, and present decision papers in internal committees.
Approve accruals and corrections.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience, available for technical inquiries.
Strong IT affinity, familiar with financial processes and systems, ideally with SAP knowledge.
Experience in professional team coordination or initial leadership experience is advantageous.
Degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable field; Bilanzbuchhalter examination is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving capabilities.
Fluent English; willingness to learn German. Fluent German is a plus.
