Mencap has a part‑time (16 hours) Female Support Worker position available to join our incredible team in Mold, Flintshire.
As a Female Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

* Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to your own car.
Contract and Shift information
Contract options: Part‑time (16 hours)
Shift times: Most of our services are 24hr care. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life.
There is also a non‑contractual sleep‑in available, for which you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references, one of which must be your most recent/current employer.
