Job Description
Key responsibilities:
* Manage customer service activities independently according to internal guidelines and customer requirements.
* Process customer orders, changes, returns, credit and debit notes accurately and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Check forecast accuracy independently and follow up with customers.
* Monitor and measure customer service KPIs.
* Optimize inventory stock, handle rush orders, and prevent shortages.
* Communicate proactively and solution-oriented with internal and external customers.
* Coordinate with stakeholders such as production, planning, logistics, customs, and quality teams.
* Distribute marketing samples.
* Support the launch of new products or brands.
Essential Requirements:
* High school diploma or general education degree.
* Experience in customer support preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Collaborative mindset with problem-solving skills and flexibility.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Fluent in English and German.
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or similar roles.
* ERP skills, ideally SAP.
