Responsibilities
Implementation, maintenance, and continuous development of the ALPLA Integrated Management System (IMS) at regional level
Analysis and optimization of processes in line with Operational Excellence (OPEX) principles
Preparation, facilitation, and support of internal and external IMS audits
Development, review, and implementation of best practices as well as regional IMS standards and documentation
Ensuring the sustainable application of IMS processes at plant level and promoting structured information exchange between the region, sites, and functional departments
Evaluation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and derivation and tracking of appropriate measures
Support for sites in the implementation of new management tools, standards, and improvement projects
Management of small to medium-sized projects within the IMS environment
Planning and delivery of training sessions as well as support in identifying training needs
Qualifications
Very good English skills
Solid knowledge of audits and assessments as well as selected IMS standards
Fosters effective collaboration by communicating clearly, working closely with others, and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing.
Applies structured thinking and data-driven analysis to deliver results and continuously improve performance.
Experience in using IMS tools and basic knowledge of project management
Willingness for continuous development and interest in organizational and behavioral interrelationships (e.g., Behavioral Economics)
Readiness to travel up to 25% within the CEEU region
