Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d)
Your mission:

What you’ll do:
* You handle the processing of offers and the creation of price lists.
* You initiate the KYC process and guide our customers through the entire onboarding process, which includes the preliminary review of submitted documents and contract management.
* You coordinate service activations and oversee the setup process from start to go-live.
* You reliably manage and process different incoming customer inquiries.
* You independently manage international communication across various channels and participate in customer calls, if needed.
* You are responsible for maintaining customers data in our CRM‑System.
* As a liaison between multiple departments within the company, you also build a strong internal network.
Your profile:
* You have already gained initial experience in sales or inside sales.
* You enjoy conducting engaging customer conversations and effectively addressing our customers needs.
* Excellent organizational and structural skills are among your key strengths.
* You have a strong affinity for the "mobile payment world".
* An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, creativity and self‑motivation round out your profile.
* German & English skills are required.

* Of course, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, which we will be happy to discuss with you personally. For legal reasons, we have to state the minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement, which is €35,500 (full‑time). Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, we are of course willing to offer a higher salary.
