Drive and continuously improve group-wide quality performance and management systems
Responsible for quality performance in our division
Lead and develop the international Quality & System Management team
Ensure implementation and compliance with quality, food safety, environmental, energy and H&S standards across all our sites
Act as escalation point for global customer quality issues
Manage audits, certifications, crisis management and system/process standardization
Support strategic initiatives, sustainability goals and system rollouts (e.g. ONE / S4)
Your Profile
Several years of leadership experience in quality or system management in an international environment
Strong expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, BRC and HACCP
Deep understanding of processes, audits and risk- & customer-oriented quality management
Proven project management skills and experience in complex, intercultural organizations
Hands-on, solution-oriented leader with strong communication and stakeholder skills
Very good English and willingness to travel
