About the Role3>
As Manager, Partnerships, you'll lead the management of our member engagement and develop strategic partnerships across the wine sector and aligned industries. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, securing funding, and building collaborative initiatives that support the long-term success of Australian wine.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategy to attract members to Australian Grape & Wine, and manage the membership database.
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, sponsors, and affiliates.
* Identify and pursue funding opportunities including grants, sponsorships, and co‑investment models.
* Communicate with members and the broader sector, including through our monthly member newsletter.
* Manage Australian Grape & Wine's membership database, working closely with our team.
* Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
* Monitor and report on partnership performance and outcomes.
About You
* Proven experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or business development.
* Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in partnership development or business development.
* Strong understanding of government relations, funding mechanisms, and industry collaboration.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.
* Wine industry experience is preferred but not essential.
* Permanent resident or Australian citizenship required.
