The Group Prudential Affairs department serves as the group-wide competence center, advising all Erste Group members on banking regulatory and legislative matters. It manages supervisory procedures, oversees regulatory implications, offers legal services, and monitors regulatory standards development.
Your Tasks
* Coordinate and monitor supervisory activities within Erste Group
* Act as contact person for regulatory affairs at national, international, and cross-border levels
* Participate in projects related to regulatory and legislative matters
* Represent the Group in expert committees
* Support interpretation and implementation of banking and securities legislation
Your Background
* A master's degree in law, business administration, or equivalent
* At least three years of experience in bank regulatory and legislative matters, preferably in a supervisory authority or banking/securities sector
* Broad knowledge of banking and securities law (e.g., BWG, WAG, CRD, CRR)
* Analytical, organizational, negotiation skills, responsibility, initiative, flexibility
* Fluent in German and English
