The role
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
Co‑create and own Kollosche’s growth strategy alongside Michael Kollosche, Shane Smollen and the broader leadership team.
Identify and prioritise target suburbs and corridors, supported by clear commercial rationale and sequencing.
Lead new office launches end‑to‑end, including business cases, site selection, budgeting, recruitment ramp‑up and go‑live execution.
Commercial & Revenue Performance
Increase revenue per agent while protecting margin integrity through pricing and fee model optimisation.
Attract and integrate high‑performing agents, both established and emerging.
Refine commercial models to enhance profitability and performance.
Interpret financial and operational data and act decisively.
Design and deliver initiatives that drive measurable commercial impact.
Scalable Operations
Partner with the leadership team to design and implement a multi‑office operating model, including processes, service standards, dashboards and governance.
Standardise the Kollosche operating framework across select locations to maintain brand and quality consistency.
Create repeatable playbooks for office launches, agent onboarding and new market entries.
Talent, Partnerships & M&A
Attract elite agents and teams aligned with Kollosche’s luxury, high‑performance ecosystem.
Lead complex and sensitive negotiations to create commercially sound, mutually beneficial outcomes.
Assess acquisition and partnership opportunities, including commercial evaluation and post‑deal integration planning.
Champion productivity‑enhancing platforms across sales and operations.
Establish clear, accurate and aligned reporting that supports fast, confident decision‑making.
Maintain a strong focus on innovation, AI and efficiency‑driven improvements.
Leadership & Culture
Operate as a credible, composed and trusted leader for high‑performing agents.
Ensure all growth initiatives remain aligned with Kollosche’s premium standards across every touchpoint and location.
What success looks like after 12–18 months
New offices operational and performing in priority South East Queensland markets.
Revenue growth achieved with margins protected and no unforeseen risk exposure.
A repeatable, scalable playbook for expansion, talent integration and new market entry.
Dashboards actively used by leaders, agents and property managers to manage performance week to week.
Your background
Senior leadership experience within real estate or a comparable high‑performance sales environment.
Proven success scaling multi‑office operations, ideally within luxury or premium segments.
Strong commercial acumen, with financial insight underpinning decision‑making.
Experience leading expansions, partnerships or acquisitions through to integration.
A track record of building practical systems and processes that are adopted and sustained.
Credibility with top performers, with fluency across sales, operations and finance.
