Springtime Technologies is growing and building intelligent automation solutions in the Accounts Payable space, helping businesses work more efficiently through smart application workflows and integrations.
We are looking for a highly technical Business Analyst to work closely with our application‑focused engineering teams. In this role, you will analyze complex business processes, translate requirements into precise technical specifications, and ensure that solutions are scalable, usable, and aligned with both customer needs and product strategy.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and smooth delivery of application features and integrations.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and system interactions
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support backlog refinement by ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and technically feasible
Define and document requirements for APIs, integrations, and service interactions
Work closely with engineering teams to clarify logic, edge cases, and system behavior
Facilitate requirement workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
Support sprint planning and validation processes to ensure requirements are correctly implemented
Analyze usage data, feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Maintain structured documentation in Jira and Confluence
Support internal enablement through clear documentation and process transparency
Your Profile
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software environments
Strong understanding of application architecture, business logic, and user‑facing systems
Experience working with web applications, APIs, integrations, and complex workflows
Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and understanding trade‑offs
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog tools (Jira, Confluence)
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement facilitation skills
Experience in Accounts Payable automation, finance systems, or invoice processing is a plus
Technical background or familiarity with the .NET ecosystem is advantageous
Fluent in English; German is a plus

The minimum gross salary for this position is €3.175 per month, as determined by the IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
