Your territory
As part of our Influencer Marketing team, you will:
* Engage with influencers from Spain and worldwide, supporting the team in expanding our influencer marketing activities across various platforms
* Own influencer marketing campaigns, starting with a thorough research to identify suitable accounts
* Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and budgets to secure mutually beneficial collaborations with new and existing influencers
* Stay on top of social media trends on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to uncover new engagement opportunities
* Analyze influencer performance, monitor past postings, and derive actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
* Handle key partnerships for the Spanish market and support the Country Development team in acquiring product reviews and backlinks
* Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
* Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
* Completed education in Marketing, Communications and/or Media
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and a keen awareness of the latest trends
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
* Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English
* Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
