In the Global Products Group, we are dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of Lam's etch and deposition products. As a Quality Engineer at Lam, you'll make an impact in ensuring manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards by designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance within the quality management systems (QMS). You design methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the accuracy of production processes and finished products. By analyzing production data and reports, you identify trends and work across functions to resolve technical, quality and production challenges. Your expertise will help develop excellence in product design and manufacturing supporting Lam's commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable products.
Manage quality-related documentation in line with established process landscapes
Support component and equipment testing activities
Monitor, maintain, and evaluate KPIs within the quality area
Manage measurement equipment, including calibration processes
Implement and sustain 5S standards within quality areas
Deliver and support various training sessions
Support supplier qualification and process approvals
Completed vocational training (e.g., Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality-related role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Business-fluent English
Independent, structured, and self-responsible working style
