Your Role
As Junior Concierge, you will be part of a passionate team that is the heartbeat of our guest experience. Together with our Concierge team, you will ensure that every guest feels personally cared for and inspired by the best that Vienna has to offer. You will assist guests with reservations, recommendations, and bespoke arrangements, always with discretion, warmth, and genuine care. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within one of Vienna’s most distinguished hospitality teams and to learn the art of personalized service at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist guests with restaurant, theatre, and transportation reservations.
* Provide expert advice and insider knowledge about Vienna’s cultural, culinary, and social scene.
* Support the Concierge team in handling guest requests swiftly and gracefully.
* Maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers.
* Handle guest correspondence and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
* Uphold the standards and values of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts at all times.
Your Profile
* Previous experience in luxury hospitality or guest service preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (additional languages are an advantage).
* Profound knowledge and passion for Vienna.
* Polished appearance, excellent manners, and a naturally warm personality.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations.
* A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

The minimum monthly salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2,263.
The willingness to overpay is of course given for this position and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
