About the job
As a Sales Digital Campaign Representative, you will identify sales opportunities, profile prospective customers, discover their needs, and drive new business through outbound campaigns. You will help businesses collaborate more effectively, innovate, and grow our customer base across EMEA. Your role will involve outbound calls, engaging with customers proactively to build enthusiasm, qualify their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements
* Native level of German and fluent English.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Comfortable in goal-driven environments and working towards targets within a team.
* Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, and proactive.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate business models.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent customer experience.
