Are you an experienced People Administrator, who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We're looking for a People Administrator to join our People Shared Services team, supporting teams across Organisational Development, Reward and People Shared Services. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative People Directorate, where your work makes a real impact.
This role is perfect if you love variety – you'll cover a range of activities for different functions of the People Directorate but with an initial focus on OD and Reward Administration, which are new additions to the Shared Services.
What you'll be doing:
 * Managing end-to-end people administration – from recruitment to retirement
 * Coordinating training and development activities
 * Supporting Payroll, Reward and benefits processes
 * The tracking and payment of Reward and training related invoices
 * Maintaining accurate and compliant employee data
 * Acting as first-line support for People queries with professionalism and care
 * Analysing People data to support reporting, diversity and reward projects
 * You'll also have monthly/quarterly/yearly responsibility such as supporting the Gender Pay Gap reporting, managing the holiday buying process and supporting the annual pay review.
What we're looking for:
 * Experience in high-volume HR/People administration which has included supporting OD administration and Reward.
 * Confident with HR Information Systems (e.g. iTrent, People First, Workday.)
 * Strong demonstratable Excel and data-handling and analytical skills – this will be assessed at interview.
 * Clear communicator with excellent organisational skills
 * Knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation
 * A proactive, problem-solving approach with unwavering attention to detail
If you're ready to bring your HR expertise, organisational skills, and people-first mindset to a role full of variety and responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
Interviews are planned to be held remotely on 9th October 2025.
