Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Manager / Technical Project Manager

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge land systems including armoured vehicles, artillery platforms, and military support solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and develop integrated logistics and technical support concepts for complex defence systems.
2. Prepare service proposals, technical specifications, and support contract negotiations.
3. Coordinate cross-functional project teams (logistics analysis, documentation, tooling, spare parts).
4. Liaise with public sector clients and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Oversee performance metrics (cost, schedule, deliverables) and manage project data in SAP and internal systems.
6. Evaluate and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams.
Requirements:
7. Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
8. Background in the armed forces (e.g. Bundeswehr officer or technical NCO) is highly valued.
9. Strong experience in ILS, TLB, or related areas such as LSA, IETD, or Configuration Management.
10. Business fluent (B2+) level in German and proficient in English.
11. Experience working with public sector clients and managing subcontractors.
12. Willingness to travel and engage in on-site coordination when needed.
