You will act as a bridge between our customers and internal teams, driving process improvements and handling escalations to continuously enhance our community and customer interactions. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.Your RoleYou manage and optimize community management tools and platforms to foster an active and engaged user community.You plan, implement, and continuously improve initiatives, processes, and workflows to boost community engagement and loyalty.You monitor and manage community interactions across various platforms (social media, forums, support channels, etc.).You collaborate closely with our internal teams from Customer Support, Product and Marketing, to efficiently address and resolve community matters.You collect, analyze, and report relevant insights and feedback from community interactions to relevant departments (Product, Support, Marketing, etc.).You identify opportunities to enhance the community experience and advocate for community needs internally.You stay informed about community management best practices and industry trends in the smart home and tech sectors.Job RequirementsYou have 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or customer engagement roles.You are curious about data and bring a strong analytical mindset combined with excellent interpersonal skills.You are familiar with community management and social media tools and platforms.You are a digital native who enjoys engaging on forums like Reddit, online communities, and tech blogs.You can analyze feedback and translate insights into actionable measures and recommendations.You communicate clearly in English and German, both written and spoken.You have a collaborative mindset and experience working effectively across teams and departments.You are passionate about technology, smart home solutions, and creating exceptional customer experiences.Why UsYou will get the chance to contribute your ideas in a fast growing, highly motivated team and thus actively shape the future of Nuki.Active further development is very important to us.
