Job Opportunity: Agile Coach / Scrum Master in Vienna

We are seeking an experienced professional located in Vienna, with the possibility of hybrid working, to support our agile teams.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting and guiding one or more agile teams
2. Assisting in team building and fostering cooperation
3. Leading continuous improvement processes through reflection and innovation
4. Collaborating closely with the product owner
5. Participating in the Agile Community of Practice to network teams and facilitate change
Your qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
* Certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
* Experience in software development or IT project management
* Several years of Agile experience, preferably as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
* Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile techniques, including XP
* Understanding of software development processes
* Excellent communication skills for coaching and change management
* Solution-oriented, creative, empathetic approach
* Big-picture thinking, openness to innovation, and courage to implement change
* Proficiency in German and English
* Technologies used: Java, JavaEE, Angular, Git, Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Jira

The minimum salary for this position is €54,000 gross per year (38.5 hours/week), with potential overpayment and bonuses based on experience and qualifications.
