What you bring with you
* Be outgoing and warm as a host to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
* Bring a zest for life and a friendly, open and charming demeanor to your work every day.
* Have successfully completed an apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in the après-ski sector to ensure professional and efficient service.
* Demonstrate a keen awareness of cleanliness and hygiene to meet our high standards.
* Demonstrate flexibility, reliability and resilience to adapt quickly to changing conditions and peak times.
* Possess strong interpersonal skills and be committed to thoughtful thought and action to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
* Have very good German and English language skills to ensure effective communication with our international audience.

Your tasks
* Warmly advise and assist our international guests in the après-ski area to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
* Actively sell to guests, including up-selling and cross-selling to maximize sales potential.
* Work effectively as part of a team, both within your department and in collaboration with the kitchen to ensure a smooth service flow.
* Lead and guide Commis and support staff to develop their skills and ensure a high standard of quality service.
* Take over the execution and control of mise en place and plating work to ensure optimal preparation and presentation.
* Live our company philosophy to communicate and promote the company's values and standards.
* Work in compliance with HACCP standards to consistently meet food safety and hygiene regulations.
