In the role of Supply Quality Manager, you will oversee our external suppliers, conduct audits, and actively drive their development forward.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct supplier audits and ensure adherence to global quality standards
* Monitor supplier KPIs and define corrective actions
* Support supplier development and drive continuous quality improvements
* Plan and manage sampling and approval processes for supplied parts
* Identify and coordinate resolutions for recurring quality issues
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
* Technical education in mechanical engineering or plastics technology, Training as a Quality System Representative and Auditor – QM Systems
* Several years of experience in QM/QS and supplier management
* Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex systems
* Experience with metal or plastics manufacturing processes
* Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally (30–40%)
