Responsibilities
Shape the future of maintenance in a strategic role within an international environment, driven by modern data-based approaches: Strategic evaluation of our asset base across the entire lifecycle Derivation of measures for equipment based on KPIs and data analyses (optimization of maintenance strategy, replacement, refurbishment, decommissioning) Support of budgeting and investment planning processes Analysis and optimization of spare parts management, including inventory strategies and risk assessment Collaboration with international sites in the rollout of standardized processes Site-wide coordination of the annual summer shutdown Qualifications
Technical education (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, smart production, business intelligence) or a comparable qualification Experience in maintenance or spare parts planning, service, or industrial process optimization Hands‑on experience in data analysis and strong Excel skills; SAP and Power BI knowledge are a plus Strong analytical mindset and a passion for preparing and interpreting complex data sets Solid understanding of equipment and processes, as well as experience in planning, optimization, or project management Very good German and English skills Benefits
Minimum salary: EUR 53,240.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance‑related salary with corresponding overpayment.
