Associate Team Lead for Digital Business-Unit (all genders)
Location: Salzburg
Total hours: 36 h week full-time
Your tasks
Support team building: select and onboard new members, learn role and structure creation, grow into first management tasks.
Collaboration in team development: provide technical and organisational support, set priorities, strengthen day‑to‑day work, recognise and promote skills.
Support resource and capacity management: assist planning, forecasting and internal coordination to ensure efficient projects and clear overview.
Process support and optimisation: develop processes, assist quality assurance, ensure adherence to existing processes.
Communication & coordination: take defined communication tasks with customers and internal stakeholders, prepare content clearly, maintain transparency and coordination between project management, consulting and development.
Operational work on digital projects: UX workshops, concept development, technical coordination; deepen expertise in e‑commerce, PIM, data models and UI/UX; serve as reliable contact for sub‑areas.
Collaboration in consulting & workshops: assist in preparation and implementation of workshops, analyses and discovery phases.
Support in business development: contribute to proposals, presentations and pitch documents, learn structuring, argumentation and professional presentation.
Close collaboration with team lead and leadership: work closely with team lead and leadership team, learn decision‑making processes and jointly develop new approaches and standards.
What you can contribute
Initial leadership tendencies: sense of responsibility, team spirit, desire to grow into a leadership role.
Experience in digital projects: several years in agencies, e‑commerce, platform or tech projects, familiarity with modern digital work.
Understanding of UX/UI, tech, e‑commerce and data: grasp basic logic of digital architectures, customer experience, UI/UX and data‑driven setups; desire to deepen knowledge.
Structure and clarity: organized work style, prioritisation, maintain overview and orientation under multiple topics.
Strong communication skills: clear, respectful communication on an equal footing internally and externally, creating transparency and trust.
Willingness to take on responsibility: handle tasks independently, drive issues forward, accept step‑by‑step responsibility.
Willingness to learn and growth mindset: develop further, use new methods and technologies, apply AI‑supported working methods.
Team orientation: enjoy working with people, empathetic, support constructive, appreciative cooperation.
Hands‑on mentality: pragmatic approach, remain calm under pressure, find solutions that help the team move forward.
Our Offer
Annual salary starting at EUR 56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus), based on full‑time position. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
