As we work to multiply the market share of our Aerial Work Platforms and drive a strong transformation in this product line, we're looking for a highly motivatedSupplier Quality Engineerfor our office in Köstendorf.Your ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control and certification of supplier products, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and support supplier audits and development activities by Global Supplier Quality Management.Define, monitor, and report KPIs related to supplier quality performance, driving corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.Foster strong supplier relationships, supporting joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.Contribute to the optimization and harmonization of QM standards across the organizationEngage in optimization and transformation projects that will drive growth and efficiencyYour QualificationsCompleted university or university of applied sciences degree in a relevant field.Ability to break down complex issues and deliver practical, effective solutions.Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, machining, hydraulics, and electrical systems.Experience with quality tools (8D, PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis); process and project management experience is an advantage.Solution-oriented, proactive, and motivated to drive improvement and deliver measurable results; fluent in English (German an advantage) and willing to travel up to 30%.WE OFFERFlexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home on a regular basisFurther training and international career opportunitiesCorporate health management "PALfit"Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidyJob ticket for travel to and from PALFINGERNumerous employee discounts through Corporate BenefitsMinimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement isEUR 53,241.02based on full-time employment per year.
