Events & Marketing Communication Manager
The PKF hospitality group is the internationally recognised market leader in hospitality consulting for almost 100 years. We provide a full range of consulting and other services for the hotel, living, tourism & leisure sectors. Our clients include international hotel groups and operators as well as project developers and investors, to whom we offer a complete portfolio of consulting services, from feasibility studies and operator searches to transaction consulting, project development, asset management and tourism master plans.
To strengthen our events & marketing team in Vienna, we are looking for an Events & Marketing Communication Manager starting immediately.
Your Tasks
Marketing Communication
* Create, manage, and optimize a content media plan across digital platforms.
* Develop targeted communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
* Ensure consistent and CI-conform branding, messaging and tone across all channels.
Social Media Management
* Manage and optimize our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
* Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement and visibility.
* Monitor trends and ensure content aligns with industry developments.
Performance Analysis & KPI Optimisation
* Track, analyse and improve social media and communication performance.
* Identify key growth opportunities and optimize strategies accordingly.
* Report on engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Your Profile
* Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
* Proven experience in social media management and professional networking.
* Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
* Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance optimization.
* Team-oriented, proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
* Highly proficient verbal and written German and English language skills; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
* Right to work in the European Union (visa sponsorship not available).
