Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
* Own and operate the end-to-end creative workflow system
* Design and continuously improve how creative work is requested, prioritised, produced and delivered globally
* Build scalable structures that support multi-market, omnichannel execution
* Design and manage structured intake flows for all incoming creative requests
* Implement and run prioritisation frameworks / priority matrices based on business impact
* Balance global priorities, local market needs and channel requirements
* Ensure clarity on what gets done, when, and why
* Own and develop Airtable as the central operating system for creative workflows
* Build and maintain project pipelines, asset tracking, campaign rollouts and workload dashboards
* Ensure data accuracy, usability, and adoption across teams
* Oversee the execution of global campaigns and asset rollouts
* Ensure seamless coordination across: channels (Retail, DTC, Marketplaces, B2B), countries and teams
* Actively manage dependencies, timelines, and delivery
* Act as the primary operational contact for external agencies and partners
* Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables
* Ensure quality, consistency and efficiency
* Manage capacity across internal teams and external partners
* Allocate internal creative resources based on skills, priorities and capacity
* Support the Creative Director in planning and workload balancing
* Identify bottlenecks early and solve proactively
* Act as the central interface between Art Direction, sales channels (Retail, DTC, Marketplaces, B2B) and local markets / countries
* Translate business needs into clear, structured creative inputs
* Align stakeholders on timelines, expectations, and deliverables
* Create full visibility on project status, workload and bottlenecks
* Build and maintain clear dashboards and reporting structures
* Track and improve speed, efficiency and output quality
Your strengths and qualifications:
* 5+ years in creative operations, project management, or agency environment
* Background in account management / “Kundenberatung” strongly preferred
* Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder setups
* Highly structured, system-oriented thinker
* Strong ownership mentality
* Solution-driven, pragmatic, and execution-focused
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
* Experience with: project management systems, workflow tools and digital asset management
* Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Airtable
* Ability to translate processes into clear, scalable systems
* Strong stakeholder management across: creative teams, commercial teams and external partners
* Ability to bridge creative vision and business needs
* Clear, structured communicator with strong alignment skills

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 55.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
